I’m a an avid Football life 24 player, played this for the first time yesterday… the game modes and cards, and all that guff are awful…. The gameplay however is I have to say amazing! I don’t know what they have changed gameplay wise as first time…. But if only they could do away with the terrible freemium model… coz underneath it plays the best game of football ever! It’s a travesty this game itself is lost behind freemium insanity!

I dont understand why the defenders are not challenging you , when I play they literally usually go for me rather than the ball.

I don't believe in development. Not international teams form South America, Africa, Asia. Uninteresting leagues from Asia, Australia. Fifa is getting worse and worse. The mechanics look nice, but that’s where it ends. Where are some more options in the coaching mode? It needs more random situations, twists, etc. A bit more Football Manager style is needed. Why can't I talk to players individually and influence their mood and effort? Why aren't the players' personalities taken into account? All of this can be done today. Be a Pro is boring. I have different growth options for each position. Why do some players with a height of around 185 cm or 190 cm have a sprint of about 95, and my player with a height of 180 cm can never reach that? Why, as a central midfielder, can’t I have a dribbling skill of 99 but only 91? It’s unrealistically limited. Why isn't there total freedom in what attributes my character has so I can fully enjoy the game? In this regard, the old Pro Evolution Soccer is an absolutely great game. Why don't I have more customization options for my character, like in Pro Evolution Soccer? FIFA has beautiful graphics and an overall well-designed system with enormous untapped potential. It's a shame to invest in it every year and not have full game options, with the licensed teams from Italy being dismal. It's really a big shame and a yearly disappointment.
